Aria Nursing and Rehab working towards our mission to provide quality long-term care and related health services is looking for caring Registered Nurses for our fantastic residents and patients.
Nurse – RN Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Administers medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
- Oversees the CNA team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
- Provides preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
- Assesses and anticipates the needs of the patient, and coordinates the necessary interventions as defined by policy, procedure, and the written/verbal orders of the provider as applicable to assigned area(s).
- Receive/give the nursing report upon reporting on/off duty and main other records as directed.
Our candidates will possess the ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff. Prior experience as skilled nursing/rehabilitation preferred but not required.
Educational requirements:
- Graduate of accredited Nursing School
- Licenses/Certification- Valid Michigan Nursing License (RN)
- BLS CPR certification required.
